CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Thank you for choosing us, our priority is your satisfaction. Please note, by booking your appointment with us you are agreeing to our policy. So please read carefully.


  • 100% charge for No Shows. Your appointment will be cancelled and you authorize us to charge your card on file for the full amount of the scheduled services. If we do not have a card on file for you, you will have to pay the missed appointment at your next visit.

  • Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24hrs prior to start time will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

  • All appointments are a 1-on-1 setting only. Extra guests are not allowed at this time and will have to wait in your car.

  • If you are showing any cold/flu like symptoms we will kindly ask you to reschedule.

  • No unattended children allowed. No exceptions. You will be asked to reschedule.
