CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Thank you for choosing us, our priority is your satisfaction. Please note, by booking your appointment with us you are agreeing to our policy. So please read carefully.

100% charge for No Shows. Your appointment will be canceled and you authorize us to charge your card on file for the full amount of the scheduled services.
Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment start time, will result in a 50% charge for your scheduled services. No Exceptions.
The same applies in reverse, if we fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment start time, this will result in a 50% discount for your rescheduled services.
All appointments are in a 1-on-1 setting only. Extra guests are not allowed at this time
Unattended children are not allowed in the salon at this time. We will kindly ask you to reschedule. No Exceptions.
If you are showing any cold/flu-like symptoms at your appointment, we will kindly ask you to reschedule and will be considered a late cancellation. The health of our staff and clients is our
