CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Thank you for choosing us, our priority is your satisfaction. Please note, by booking your appointment with us you are agreeing to our policy. So please read carefully.


  • 100% charge for No Shows. Your appointment will be canceled and you authorize us to charge your card on file for the full amount of the scheduled services.

  • Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment start time, will result in a 50% charge for your scheduled services. No Exceptions.

  • The same applies in reverse, if we fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment start time, this will result in a 50% discount for your rescheduled services.

  • All appointments are in a 1-on-1 setting only. Extra guests are not allowed at this time

  • Unattended children are not allowed in the salon at this time. We will kindly ask you to reschedule. No Exceptions.

  • If you are showing any cold/flu-like symptoms at your appointment, we will kindly ask you to reschedule and will be considered a late cancellation. The health of our staff and clients is our
